Return Policy

At Bella customer satisfaction is our primary objective, returns are accepted within the first seven (7) days after the shipper delivery date.  To initiate a return please go to the competed orders section in your account and you can initiate our self-service  return request program within the seven (7) day return period.   To avoid delays and to ensure you are happy with your purchase please contact us at (281)255-2005 or custserv@bellaantiques.com with additional questions prior to making your purchase.


Our general shipping includes non-furniture items and items that weigh less than 70 pounds; fruniture, items weighing more than 70 pounds and other items with special handling instructions in the product description.

Non-Furniture (less than 70 pounds)

Generally, delivery options for non-furniture include “Pickup in Store” or mail delivery using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail™ Flat Rate. This service provides two (2) day shipping to all 50 US states for packages weighing less than 70 pounds. Shipping costs include the cost of postage plus insurance based on the value of the items ordered. . Mail delivery is not available for certain large items such as furniture and pieces of art such as large pictures, mirrors and statues.

Furniture and Other Special Handling Items

Furniture and other special handling items are available for store pickup from our Tomball store, local delivery within 150 miles of our Tomball store and freight hauling.  For store location information see our About page or contact us at custserv@bellaantiques.com or 281-255-2005.
